85 old male k/c/o hypertension since 10 years with complaints of giddines and neck pain , pedal edema since 5 months

Pedal edema since 5 months
Hopi patient was apparently asymptomatic 5 months back , then he developed neck pain, insidious onset
Pedal edema since 5 months grade 2 pitting type
No h/0 fever, cough , cold
C/o sob, orthopnea,
No h/o decreased urine output
Past history :
Not a k/c/o DM, asthma, epilepsy,TB CAD, CVA, thyroid disorders
No h/o surgeries in the past
Personal history
Diet mixed
Appetite normal
Bowel hard stools , constipation
Micturition normal
Sleep adequate
Addictions used to consume alcohol regularly, stopped 4 months back
Stopped smoking 20 years back .
Family history not significant
General physical examination
Patient is conscious, coherent, cooperative well oriented to time place person
Moderately built and nourished
Vitals at the time of examination :
Bp 110/60 mm hg
Pr 69 bpm
RR 21 cpm
Spo2 97 % at ra
Grbs 138 mg/dl
Signs of pallor present
No signs of icterus, clubbing, cyanosis, lymphadenopathy
Pedal edema present
Investigations.

Provisional diagnosis: cervical spondylosis ?
With k/c/o hypertension since 10 year
Treatment given :
Tab ultracet po od
Tab vertigon 8 mg PO BD
Tab TELMA 40 Mg PO OD
Tab mvt po od
Cervical collar I/v/o neck pain .
